I began my love and passion of Reiki in 2017.  I had been traveling on my annual trip to Sedona and went to a spa, as well as met a few local healers.  They helped relieve my pain from chronic migraines and back pain that I had endured for so many years by using the healing power of Reiki.  When I got home from Sedona, I was still so excited and euphoric about the experience that I began to explore Reiki further and found someone local to do another session. She also was a Reiki teacher and my education began.  At the time, I was seeking out Reiki to continue using on myself.  I quickly began to use Reiki daily and noticed that I felt much better overall and in many other ways too.  I soon realized that my mood had improved greatly and attitude in life was so much happier- especially considering that I had just lost both of my parents.  I decided that I wanted to learn everything that I could about this wonderful healing energy!

It wasn't long before I was able to share this great gift with others and soon recruited my family and friends for Reiki sessions.  I noticed a marked improvement in their health and mental well being, and they reported overall benefits of relaxation.  I was quite enamored with this new found energy!!  I continued my healing journey and signed up for an Advanced Reiki Training Class.  I knew that I had to share this wonderful gift with as many people as possible, as by now I had become very passionate with Reiki!  I felt that I must receive the absolute best training available to me to offer this professionally, so I began my professional education Reiki training quest.  

I sought out teachers whom I could trust to take me on my mission to become one of the best Reiki Masters and Practitioners I could be.  I soon discovered the ICRT (International Center for Reiki Training).  Their long history of educating Reiki practitioners, combined with the thorough curriculum and values impressed me so much that I signed up for not only the Reiki Master Training and Teaching program, I also re-took both Advanced Reiki Training and Reiki I & II so that I could become a Professional Member of the ICRT.  In November 2020, I decided to pursue my credentials to be a Reiki Master of Karuna Reiki® through the ICRT.  It is an honor to say I studied with these Masters at the ICRT.

I began to use my years of professional training to treat clients locally in Morgan Hill, Gilroy, Hollister and San Jose.  I am happy now to be treating people from all over California, as well as others across the world using distance Reiki and creating in my Art and Reiki studio in downtown Morgan Hill.  Sacred Dreams Wellness and Daregirl Designs opened in October 2021 so that I could share my passion, vision and wonderful gift with others!  Since then I have implemented many other treatment modalities along with Reiki in my practice such as Sound Healing, Crystal Reiki Sessions, Tarot and Card Readings, Life Coaching and Guided Meditation to name a few.  Additionally I have decided to carry quite a few crystals, doTERRA essential oils, handmade cards, jewelry and metaphysical supplies at my studio.  

As a Certified Zentangle Teacher®, I have decided to offer Zentangle® Art workshops and Stampin' Up! cardmaking classes with our partner in creative healing, Daregirl Designs.  I would love to see you soon!
